Delivery.
If your kit has not arrived within [10] working days of the dispatch email, write to hello@mycounterkit.com and we will sort it out, with a replacement or a refund.
Returns and refunds.
Three protections cover every kit. You can also cancel any order before dispatch for an immediate full refund.
Changed your mind.
You have 14 days from the day your kit arrives to tell us you want to return it, for any reason. Email us with your order details, then post the kit back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is yours to cover.
We refund within 14 days of receiving the kit, to your original payment method. If the kit has been used beyond simply looking it over, for example if cards have been written on, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Damaged or faulty.
If your kit arrives damaged, or something is wrong with it, email a photo to hello@mycounterkit.com within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
You will not usually need to post anything back. If we do ask, we cover the postage.
Run it properly. If it doesn’t work, it’s free.
If you run the kit as designed for twelve weeks and your Google review count has not grown, we refund you in full, and you keep the kit.
To claim:
- Record your starting star rating and review count on Card 01 when you begin.
- Run the weekly routine and tick your tracker on Card 09 each week, for twelve weeks.
- If your review count after twelve completed weeks is not higher than the starting number on your Card 01, email photos of your completed Card 01 and Card 09 to hello@mycounterkit.com within sixteen weeks of delivery.
We refund the full purchase price, no kit to post back. One claim per business, for kits bought directly from mycounterkit.com.
